Customers who visit our display home in the Austin Estate at Lara or pick up our Sales Brochure, scan our QR code and register to our mailing list, will receive $500 towards their colour upgrades. Clients must enter and sign a build contract with Levonix Homes and the $500 will offered as a credit towards their upgrade selections. The Referrer (existing Levonix Homes customer) can refer friends to Levonix Homes upon signing a New Home contract. To be eligible for the reward, both the Referrer and Referee must enter and complete/sign a HIA building contract with Levonix Homes. The Referrer will receive a $1000 Bunnings voucher when the Referred reaches construction stage (Slab completion). The Referred will receive $2000 to use towards their upgrade selections when they build (amount will be given as a credit in their quote) All referrals must be made via one of our New Homes Consultants. New clients to Levonix homes issued a quote dated from the 15th of October 2022 are entitled to $10,000 towards a façade upgrade. Holding deposit must be paid no later than the 16th of December 2022 to qualify for this offer. The $10,000 will be applied as a credit against the quote. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers. This offer is not applicable on any historical quotes dated before the 15th of October 2022.
